Force Majeure
Agrielia Voyage shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfill is due to events outside its control, that is, force majeure events such as a pandemic, acts of God, fire, flood, cancellation of flights or/and prohibition of sailing due to adverse weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labour disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted and all payments will be credited in the form of a voucher* valid for one (1) year from the start date of the canceled booking.
Changes to our Terms & Conditions
We keep the present Terms and Conditions under regular review and we reserve the right to amend or update the present Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date is displayed hereunder. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. To keep you informed of any changes to the present Terms and Conditions, we will notify you by prominently posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on our website at www.agrieliavoyage.com.
Disputes & Applicable Law
Agrielia Voyage and Guests shall make every effort, so that any difference, dispute or disagreement that may arise during the conclusion, interpretation and execution of the present Terms & Conditions, as well as claims related to them, is resolved out of court, with negotiations in a spirit of good faith within reasonable time after the date of the written expression of the disagreement by any of the parties.
If a difference is not resolved in this way, competent for its judicial resolution shall be the Courts of Athens, Greece exclusively, which shall decide on any trials regarding the execution and the Greek law shall apply.
By making a booking you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions, and you are fully aware that there is a release of liability included, you accept all Terms & Conditions and you agree of your own free will to all Terms & Conditions and applicable policies above. If you do not agree to the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to participate in any Agrielia Voyage activity.
